At Joly General Trading, our journey is deeply rooted in a rich tapestry of history, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Established in 1994, we have seamlessly navigated the dynamic landscapes of global trade, evolving into a beacon of reliability and innovation.
1994
Joly founded
The company was established in 1994 in Asmara as a family business dealing in boutique and fashion ornaments, basically on a small scale. This gradually morphed into one of the prominent business entities in Eritrea.
Expansion
The trade axis expanded slowly allowing the company to venture into textile imports and ready-made products from the Far East mainly from Thailand and China on large scale to Asmara, Eritrea
Going Global
This further fostered the trade partnerships to countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and America, making it a global trade mogul. Currently, our trading enterprise has its operations running in over 10 countries with its main offices located at Dubai
Growth
The growth process has been steady and recommendable over the years, with our penetration to East Africa being the latest one. Recently the East African Branch established a Regional office in Juba, South Sudan to add on the profile which includes Kenya and Uganda
